Once the student has completed all of his or her tasks and you are ready to submit the collection, you will need to return to the website and mark the tasks that the student has chosen to include in the final collection.
To include tasks, go to Manage Groups and choose the group you are working with. Find the student in the list and click on the View link in front of the student's name. This will take you to a view of the student's collection and allow you to approve tasks and choose them for inclusion. You can also see the status of the student's collection and his or her eligibility and sufficiency status.
Tasks may be marked as "Approved" individually as you are working on the collections, or you may choose to approve and include in a single step (this option is much faster.) To do this, select the tasks that you want to approve and include in the collection by clicking the checkbox in the "Select" column. To select all of the tasks at once, click the Select checkbox in the green header area.
The selected tasks will be highlighted in green.
Click the "Include Selected in COE and Approve" button. The status of all of the selected work samples will change to "Approved" and the word "Included" will appear in the Include column. The submission status for this student will now appear in the "Submission Status" below. If all of the Met Requirement indicators how a green "Yes" then the collection is ready to submit.
