Districts are responsible for providing binders and inserts for their COE collections.
Binders
The binders that we recommend for COE are 1.5" 3-ring white view binders.We will accept binders up to 2" wide. Binders must be view binders with an inside pocket.

Inserts
Master forms for the binder inserts are found under the "Forms" tab at the top of this page (or click here).
We use a color-coding system for the binders so we can easily track them by content area. Please color code the binder cover sheet only. The colors are green for reading and yellow for writing.
White paper is preferred for all materials in the binder; however, no binder will be rejected based on the color of the insert materials. In other words, paper color is not a sufficiency issue.
